RESERVATION POLICIES:

Check-out: 12:00 hours
PAYMENT POLICY:
A deposit of 50% of the total to be covered per accommodation is required to guarantee reservation. The remaining 50% will be covered at reception upon arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
All cancellations must be requested in writing and by telephone in attention to the reservations area and will be made under the following conditions: In case of cancellation 1 week or more before your arrival, it will be possible to receive a percentage of your deposit as a refund or a credit for your future visit:

Early departure from the hotel will be considered a cancellation and there will be no refunds. In the unfortunate event that a traveler becomes ill during their stay or finds it necessary to cut back on their vacation, they are their responsibility.
NO ARRIVAL POLICY (“No Show”):
In case of no-show on the day of your reservation without prior notice, the room may be assigned to another guest and there will be no refund.
EXTRA PEOPLE:
A maximum of 1 extra person will be accepted in each of the Quadruple or Quadruple rooms with kitchenette, covering an additional cost per night to the lodging rate. It is important to take into account that the hotel does not have extra beds to install inside the rooms.
